智能化监控系统在电厂基建期管理中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Intelligent Monitoring System in the Management of Power Plant Infrastructure Construction Period

  • 摘要: 电厂基建期具有周期长、风险高、参与方多、专业复杂的特点。传统人工巡检与纸质记录模式存在信息滞后、协同低效、安全管控乏力等问题,已无法满足电厂基建期智能化管控需求。为了解决上述难题,以华能某滨海电厂二期基建项目为研究对象。首先,构建融合物联网(Internet of Things,IoT)、大数据、云计算、建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)及数字孪生技术的统一管理系统,实现对现场人员、机械、材料、工艺及环境的实时感知、动态分析与智能决策支持;其次,分析该系统在安全管控、进度统筹、质量保障、成本控制、多方协同五大核心环节的具体应用场景与实施策略,验证该系统在提升管理效能、降低安全风险、保障工程质量及提高投资效益方面的显著成效,为大型复杂工程的数字化、精益化管控提供理论参考与实践范式。

     

    Abstract: The infrastructure construction period of power plants is characterized by a long cycle,high risks,numerous participants and complex specialties.The traditional manual inspection and paper-based record-keeping mode have problems such as information lag,inefficient collaboration,and weak safety control,and can no longer meet the intelligent control requirements during the infrastructure period of power plants.To solve the above-mentioned problems,the second-phase infrastructure project of a certain Binhai power plant of Huaneng is taken as the research object.Firstly,build a unified management platform integrating internet of things(IoT),big data,cloud computing,building information modeling(BIM),and digital twin technologies.Realize real-time perception,dynamic analysis and intelligent decision support for on-site personnel,machinery,materials,processes and the environment.Secondly,analyze the specific application scenarios and implementation strategies of the system in the five core links of safety control,progress coordination,quality assurance,cost control,and multi-party collaboration,and verify the significant achievements of the system in improving management efficiency,reducing safety risks,ensuring project quality,and enhancing investment returns provide theoretical references and practical paradigms for the digital and lean management and control of large and complex projects.
