基于混合现实的电梯限速器校验智能辅助技术研究

摘要: 针对高速电梯钢丝绳脱绳和限速器校验操作复杂、难度大等问题, 将混合现实(Mixed Reality, MR)与限速器校验3D数字化工艺相结合, 研究限速器校验流程3D建模、三维注册与跟踪融合演示等关键技术, 开发电梯限速器校验MR智能辅助原型系统, 实现MR操作指引作业。应用结果表明, 利用MR技术能够为检验人员提供实时、直观的操作支持和培训环境, 实现关键部件检验维保全过程标记指引, 提高作业准确性和员工培训效率, 降低操作失误率, 减少安全风险, 提升电梯行业智能化检测水平。Abstract: To address issues such as the complexity and difficulty of elevator wire rope detachment and governor verification operations, this study combines mixed reality (MR) with 3D digitalized governor verification processes. Key technologies such as 3D modeling of the governor verification workflow, three-dimensional registration, tracking, and fusion display were investigated. An MR intelligent assistance prototype system for elevator governor verification was developed to enable MR operation guidance. The application results demonstrate that MR technology can provide real-time, intuitive operational support and training environments for inspectors, enabling full-process marking guidance for the inspection and maintenance of critical components. This improves operational accuracy, enhances employee training efficiency, reduces operational errors, minimizes safety risks, and elevates the intelligent inspection standards of the elevator industry.
