  • 摘要: 智能感知技术的发展与应用对保障油气工程作业安全、提升油气生产效率、推动油气行业数智化转型具有重要意义,已成为石油天然气工程领域的研究热点。阐述智能感知技术体系的核心特征与技术框架,系统总结该技术在油气钻探工程、开采及管道输送等环节的应用现状。实践表明,智能感知技术在钻柱状态识别、岩性分析、抽油机运行效率诊断、潜油电泵故障预测及油气管道危险事件预警等领域具有独特优势。为进一步提升油气行业数智化发展水平,未来,需重点深化智能感知技术在钻头与钻具、抽油机、油气管道监测系统、无损检测系统等方向的研究,为油气行业高质量发展提供技术支撑,切实维护能源供给安全。

     

    Abstract: The development and application of intelligent perception technology are of significant importance for ensuring the safety of oil and gas engineering operations, enhancing oil and gas production efficiency, and promoting the digital and intelligent transformation of the oil and gas industry, having become a research hotspot in the field of petroleum and natural gas engineering. The paper systematically summarizes the application status of the technology in such links as oil and gas resource exploration and drilling, production, and pipeline transportation by expounding the core characteristics and technical framework of intelligent perception technology. Practical applications show that intelligent perception technology demonstrates unique advantages in such fields as drill string condition identification, lithology analysis, operation efficiency diagnosis of oil pumping units, fault prediction of submersible electric pumps, and early warning of dangerous events in oil and gas pipelines. To further enhance the digital and intelligent development level of the oil and gas industry, in the future, it is necessary to focus on deepening research in areas such as intelligent sensing drill bits and drill tools, intelligent sensing oil extraction machines, intelligent sensing oil and gas pipeline monitoring systems, and intelligent sensing non-destructive testing systems, providing technical support for the high-quality development of the oil and gas industry and effectively safeguarding energy supply security.
